Authentically Me Midlife is a sacred 12-week bespoke journey that is unique, just as you are.
Each session is a deeper evolution and connection to who you truly are in your BEING-ness so you can feel lighter, knowing that YOU MATTER. HOW you feel matters. YOU ARE ENOUGH. That’s right!!!

I am your guide with a previous background in Psychology who uses a multidimensional path of coaching, NLP, Numerology, Qigong, Reiki, Intuition and Meditation to return you to your authentic self.

This is a nourishing and nurturing process that is soooo powerful.

Each week via Zoom you’ll learn and discover:
