Payment Terms
All prices on my website are in Australian dollars and are not subject to GST at this stage.
All payments made through this website are processed using Stripe. Payments outside of this website may include PayThen or Square. In person is cash or via the online payment.
I do not have access to your account details. Any financial information you enter is stored under Stripe’s security policy: https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to your service. This secures your space and allows me to conduct some work if required prior to the session, particularly Numerology for an Energetic Blueprint of Soul Aligned Vision services.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered for your convenience only, so you can spread your payment out over time for coaching packages and Your Inner Calm Sanctuary membership only. You are still committed to paying the whole amount, even if you change your mind about your purchase, as you have had access to my intellectual property and I have completed the work for you. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds to make payment instalments on time.
If a payment is overdue by more than 48 hours, access to the program/membership content will be suspended until your payments are up to date. If your payment is more than 7 days overdue and you have not contacted me to make alternative arrangements, the payment plan will be cancelled, I will send you an invoice for the whole amount remaining, and my normal payment terms will apply to that invoice.
Refunds
I do not offer a refund if you change your mind as the majority of my services are conducted online with immediate access to downloadable companion guides, so you are encouraged to consider carefully whether a service purchase is right for you before you make your payment.
However, for crystal jewellery purchases (except earrings) I do allow you to return and exchange an item within 3 days of your purchase as long as it is in it’s original condition with tags.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be notified via email within a certain amount of days.
Cancel Ongoing Subscription
There are no refunds for annual subscription change of mind as you are receiving the monthly energetic pdfs upfront. This is a recurring annual payment.
There are no refunds for monthly payment as you are receiving energetic pdfs upfront. This is a monthly recurring payment. Although you can unsubscribe at anytime via email minnie@themindfulnesslifestyle.com.au. Once you have notified me via email that you would like to cancel your subscription, your subscription will be cancelled at the next monthly payment. If you decide to unsubscribe and rejoin later it cannot be guaranteed that the subscription will be the same price.
Minor/Major Problems
For all online services, If a call drops out or I am unwell I will contact you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
If a pdf/video does not open please contact me via email as soon as possible so I can resolve the issue and enable your access or email you the product.
If you feel that there is any problem with your purchase, please let me know within 24 hours. I am keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that I can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:
- replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
- if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to me.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
